The building has two facades, the main one, facing the street, and the rear, facing the garden.
The facades have been restored, the walls are plastered with ochre-coloured lime mortar, whose pigment was traditionally collected in mines in the province.
The carpentry is original and was restored by a cabinetmaker when the glass of the exterior carpentry was updated. Part of the carpentry is new.
The original ironwork and the old floors have also been preserved.

The wine cellar is a ventilated underground space, covered by a double-vaulted ceiling made of solid bricks made of hand-made clay, probably from medieval times, plastered.

The floor, which has been restored, is made up of solid bricks laid on a layer of sand on firm ground, a technique that allows self-regulation of temperature and humidity through the subsoil.
The mortar used for the walls is lime, so that the walls breathe and the environment is ideal for preserving food and ageing wine.
